STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery is free on online orders over €50
(excluding bulky items - Furniture, BBQs, Charcoal*)
In the Greater Dublin area (Dublin city & county) we deliver using our own vans and staff. For small parcels the charge is €8.99. Medium sized parcels are €20. The Garden House use UPS to deliver items under 30kg anywhere else in Ireland.
Normally you will receive your order within the next 5 to 10 working days. Please take note that The Garden House does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
On UPS deliveries of the order to the specified delivery address, you will digitally sign for the order but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery.
Goods remain property of The Garden House until signed for.
BULKY ITEMS AND FURNITURE DELIVERY
The Garden House use our own transport and staff to deliver bulky items, barbecues and furniture. The charge in the Greater Dublin area is €50, for the rest of the country the charge is €100. This delivery charge includes assembly and removal of waste packaging.
We offer a removal and disposal service for your old furniture or bbq for an additional €50. (this service is only available when purchasing furniture or barbecues)
Once an order is placed, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date.
CLICK & COLLECT
Here at The Garden House we offer a free click and collect service for your convenience. You can select the pickup option at the checkout screen and choose a pickup time and date that suits you.

UPS
- Small Items (Nationwide): €8.99 per parcel.
- Medium items up to 30kg or within dimensions €20
- multiple purchases - we try to combine items into one parcel to minimise expense, but where there are multiple parcels the cost is €20/parcel
