This 30cm flat-bottomed pan is not only a high performance wok - ideal for stir fries - but a great everyday pan for frying, poaching, braising, roasting and baking. It is made from 2.5mm-thick wrought iron, which behaves like cast iron but is only half the weight. The two ‘love’ handles make it easy to transport from EGG to table.
