For solar or battery-operated models, check batteries are charged and sensors are positioned correctly. If you still have issues, contact our team at The Garden House and we’ll be happy to help.
Many of our outdoor Lumineo lights have an IP44 rating, meaning they’re splash-proof and suitable for most outdoor uses. However, they are not designed to withstand full water immersion or extreme weather. Always check the specifications of your chosen set before installation.
