Refund Policy
At The Garden House we want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases*, we are happy to offer a full refund** or exchange within 14 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition.
An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Phone us on 01 5312020 within the 14 day period to proceed with the process. If you would like to return your item to The Garden House please ensure that you take your delivery paperwork with you to help us quickly process your refund.

I think you should have gift cards for €30. At the moment it is €25,€50 etc. I think €30 would be very suitable to many . As a regular client I love your shop, cafe , gifts and tokens. All very handy for birthday/xmas presents etc. also it might be no harm to change the menu around every now and again. It has been the same in the cafe for a long long time. Hope u find all this helpful. I’ll be back again next week.
