Planting & Care
Plant the bulbs during autumn in fertile, well-drained soil, choosing a sunny position for the best flowering display.
As a general guide, bulbs should be planted at around two to three times their own depth with the pointed end facing upwards. Exact planting depth will vary according to bulb size.
After flowering, remove faded tulip flowers if desired but allow the foliage to die back naturally. Allium seed heads can be left in place after flowering to provide additional architectural interest.
